About Judith A. Algeo
Judith A. Algeo is an experienced family law attorney. Prior to starting her career in the law, Judith was a family therapist in private practice. Judith represents individuals in all matters relating to family law. Judith assists her clients with divorce, custody, child and spousal support, alimony and matters of equitable distribution. She is an experienced adoption attorney and handles matters involving juvenile court in child dependency actions.
Ms. Algeo also represents dependent children as a Guardian Ad Litem on the Bucks County conflicts list and represents parents in termination of parental rights cases.
Memberships
Ms. Algeo is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association. She is a past president of the bar association and has served on the board of directors for several years. Judith has served as chairperson to numerous bar committees, including chairperson of the Family Law Section.
Judith is a recipient of the Arthur B. Walsh Award for outstanding Pro Bono Services and is a two time recipient of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Pro Bono award for her pro bono services
Ms. Algeo is a member of the House of Delegates for the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is also a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association.

Education
Judith received both her Bachelor of Arts degree and her Master of Arts degree from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pa. She received her Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law.
Volunteer and Community Work
Judith was elected for the third time to the Board of Supervisors in Warwick Township, Bucks County. She has served as chairperson for the Board of Supervisors for the last four years. Currently she is also vice president for the Bucks County Association of Township Officials (BCATO).
