About Robert M. Cox
Robert M. Cox is a shareholder in the firm's Doylestown, Bucks County office. He provides effective representation to individuals, businesses and school districts in a wide variety of matters, including transactional and civil litigation matters.
Rob represents small to medium sized businesses in asset purchase and stock purchase transactions and in civil/appellate litigation. He has successfully litigated appellate cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Rob also represents school districts in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including construction disputes, real estate assessment and tax exemption litigation and employment litigation. He also counsels school districts and businesses on employment and labor matters and negotiates labor contracts on behalf of his school district clients.
Rob is a Judge Advocate in the United States Army Reserves.
Rob is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Bucks County Bar Association.
Rob is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Rob received his undergraduate degree from West Chester University and his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
