About Robert M. Cox
Rob M. Cox is a shareholder in the firm's Doylestown, Bucks County office. He represents individuals, businesses and school districts in both transactional and general litigation matters. Rob has represented small to medium sized businesses in both asset purchase and stock purchase transactions. He has represented school districts in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including construction disputes, real estate assessment and tax exemption litigation and employment litigation. He also counsels school districts and businesses on employment and labor matters and has negotiated labor contracts on behalf of his school district clients.
Rob also maintains a family law practice and represents individuals in all aspects of divorce litigation, including the equitable distribution of marital property, child and spousal support and child custody.
Rob provides pro bono legal representation to plaintiffs in protection from abuse cases and volunteers his time as an HIV buddy with the Family Service Association of Bucks County, a private non-profit, non-sectarian human service agency.
