About Frank N. Gallagher
Frank practices in many areas of the law. He has extensive experience in the planning of estates and their administration in Pennsylvania, as well as Bucks County Orphans Court litigation. Mr. Gallagher has been involved in the sale and purchase of real estate and has handled complex commercial mortgage foreclosures. For many years he represented an errors and omissions carrier for insurance agents, and he has been involved in a considerable amount of other commercial litigation.

Frank is a former president of the Bucks County Bar Association. He belongs to the Bucks County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.

Frank is licensed to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Education
Frank has a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Volunteer and Community Work
Frank is the president of Doylestown Area FISH, a Bucks County non-profit which provides emergency help to the needy. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the James A. Michener Art Museum in Doylestown. Mr. Gallagher is a past president of the Central Bucks Jaycees and the Neshaminy Watershed Association, and he was a long-term member of the Doylestown Borough Planning Commission.
