About Elizabeth A. Haney
Elizabeth (Beth) Haney is a paralegal who works with John VanLuvanee in his land use real estate practice. Their work includes preparation and filing of zoning hearing board, conditional use, and other land use applications to local municipalities; preparation and filing of pleadings; preparation of real estate agreements; real estate records research; managing a busy meeting schedule, and working closely with clients to achieve their goals for their properties. Beth enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced office environment; enjoys working with clients; and has a good understanding of the policies, procedures and basic legal principles associated with a land use and real estate practice.
Beth has also been a licensed Pennsylvania Realtor for 12 years. Her knowledge and experience from a Realtor’s perspective enables her to better understand and assist the firms’ clients in real estate and land use matters.
Education
Beth obtained her Paralegal certification with a focus on real estate law from Penn State University in 1992. She then obtained her Pennsylvania real estate license in 1995 and is currently an active member of the Bucks County Association of Realtors and Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.

Beth is a life-long resident of Bucks County and currently resides in Bedminster Township with her husband and two children.
