Education and School Law

In addition to supplying representation at due process hearings and related appeals, our education law attorneys take pride in assisting school districts in taking proactive steps to educate all staff on the intricacies of providing appropriate special education programs in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and its recent Reauthorization, Section 504, and all other federal and state special education laws with the goal of avoiding litigation.
