Marc D. Jonas, Esq. Obtains Final Land Development Approval for SOFIVE Soccer on East Church Road in Cheltenham
On November 17, 2016, SOFIVE soccer, represented by Marc D. Jonas and Michael E. Peters, received final land development approval for the conversion of a Cheltenham tennis facility into an indoor/outdoor soccer center.
SOFIVE soccer is coming to East Church Road in Cheltenham as a result of this final approval, which was preceded by the approval of an application by the Cheltenham Township Zoning Hearing Board. The approvals pave the way for indoor and outdoor soccer at the residentially zoned property which has been used for years as the Fossler’s Cheltenham Tennis Center. The zoning relief granted by the zoning hearing board also included the modification of certain conditions previously imposed by the zoning hearing board.
