Marc D. Jonas, Esq. Obtains Subdivision Plan Approval For The Martin Tract In Upper Gwynedd
The Upper Gwynedd Township Board of Commissioners granted preliminary plan approval to Pulte Homes. Pulte Homes was represented by Marc D. Jonas, Esq. of the Blue Bell office of Eastburn and Gray.
The approved Gwynedd Ridge development is located on a 21-acre parcel at the intersection of Allentown Road and Green Streets. The plan comprises 27 single-family detached homes with areas set aside for open space and a walking trail connection to Whites Road Park in Lansdale Borough.
