Michael T. Pidgeon Named New Jersey “Rising Star”
Michael T. Pidgeon, Esq. was named by Thomson Reuters, publishers of “Super Lawyers” as a 2017 New Jersey “Rising Star” for excellence in the area of Business Litigation.
Only 2.5% of attorneys in the state are named as Rising Stars by Super Lawyers annually. The designation is granted to attorneys who demonstrate the highest levels of legal ability and integrity as determined by their peers and independent research. The multiphase research process, performed annually, consists of a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area and a good-standing and disciplinary check.
Mr. Pidgeon’s professional practice at Eastburn and Gray includes Business and Corporate law; Trusts and Estates law; and Litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in business litigation at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. He represents executors and other interested parties in will contests and other estate litigation. Mr. Pidgeon primarily handles cases in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
