Robert R. Watson, Jr. to Speak at Montgomery County Development Corporation
Robert R. Watson, Jr., a Shareholder in the firm’s Construction Law practice group, will serve on a panel discussing Mechanic’s Liens for the Montgomery County Development Corporation. The seminar is geared toward attorneys, builders, developers and subcontractors and will explore the Pennsylvania Mechanics’ Lien Law and how owners should navigate this important statute to reduce exposure. It will be held on July 20, 2017 in Bala Cynwyd from 8:00-9:30am.
Mr. Watson is a frequent lecturer on construction law-related topics. He has nearly 20 years of experience representing clients in all aspects of the construction industry. In 2016, he was selected to work with Pennsylvania officials to launch the Pennsylvania State Construction Notices Directory website, which provides some additional protections under the Mechanics’ Lien Law.
