Warminster Township: CVS Pharmacy Approved in Quick Fashion

Due to successful streamlining of the approvals process by Marc Jonas and Julie Von Spreckelsen, both of the firm’s Blue Bell office, a new CVS/Pharmacy is coming soon to the intersection of Street and Mearns Roads in Warminster Township.

The former automotive dealership site required 8 variances to accommodate a CVS/Pharmacy. Land development approval was also swiftly secured. The Board of Supervisors granted preliminary/final plan approval at its May 2009 meeting. Successful processing of the plans as preliminary/final expedited the approvals process, saving the developer of the CVS Pharmacy considerable time and expense.

As noted by the developer, "Seven months start to finish within the Township for full land development AND zoning relief is truly remarkable."
