Luxury Apartment Development approved in Upper Dublin Township

Marc D. Jonas, of the firm's Blue Bell office and co-chair of Eastburn & Gray's Real Estate/Land Use Department, worked successfully with Bruce Toll and BET Investments to obtain land use approvals for the development of an active adult community in Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County.  Mr. Jonas successfully secured a change in zoning classification for the property, after being cautioned by the township that "we don't do re-zonings in Upper Dublin."  The development, known as "Dublin Terrace" comprises 192 residential units, located on Limekiln Pike.  As described by the developer, "Dublin Terrace" is a Premier Active Adult Rental Community offering the utmost in luxury, privacy and quality.

 

The development was recently featured in the October 2009 issue of The Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal.
