MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT APPROVED IN ABINGTON TOWNSHIP

Marc D. Jonas of the firm’s Blue Bell office successfully secured a zoning ordinance text and map amendment, followed by conditional use and land development approvals, creating a mixed-use development overlay district in Abington Township, Montgomery County.  Mr. Jonas’ efforts enabled a revitalization of a former industrial use property.  The development known as "Switchville Crossing" will include an LA Fitness center, a bank, medical offices, supportive retail and a restaurant.
