VARIANCES OBTAINED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CVS/PHARMACY IN WHITEMARSH TOWNSHIP
Marc D. Jonas successfully secured approval of an extensive list of variances from the zoning hearing board to permit the construction of a CVS/Pharmacy in Whitemarsh Township. The approval followed the resolution of concerns of nearby residents in another township.
Mr. Jonas’ efforts enabled the redevelopment of a property formerly occupied by a gas station and 2 office buildings. Further complicating the application for zoning relief were the assemblage of several tax parcels and 2 different zoning classifications.
The new CVS/Pharmacy, with its aesthetically pleasing architecture and significant landscaping, will help revitalize the corner of Skippack and Butler Pikes.
