E&G Secures Zoning Approval for Unisys Global Headquarters

Marc D. Jonas accomplished in Whitpain Township what others could not accomplish in Philadelphia. Mr. Jonas, land use lawyer and shareholder in Eastburn and Gray's Montgomery County office, successfully obtained signage approvals for the Unisys global headquarters in Blue Bell.

 

Led by Mr. Jonas, the Unisys team, which included E&G's Julie Von Spreckelsen, Esq., successfully assuaged the concerns of a residents organization, the township planning commission, the township elected officials, and the zoning hearing board to secure approval for halo illuminated building signs identifying the newly constructed Unisys headquarters.
