Bob Watson Presents "Killer Contracts" Seminar

Bob Watson, a construction law attorney in the Firm's Blue Bell office, recently presented his seminar on "killer" contract clauses as part of the Associated Builders and Contractors Eastern PA Chapter’s Management Education series. 

Bob has an active law practice in Montgomery County and throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, which includes representing owners, contractors and subcontractors with construction-related matters.  Seminar participants had the opportunity to discuss pitfalls associated with common contract terms, as well as creative solutions and negotiation tactics.  Problematic contractual obligations usually become an issue long after documents are signed and work is completed.  The ability to proactively identify and address troublesome contract terms ahead of time often defines a project’s success.
