Kellie McGowan Presents at Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Program on Residential Agreements of Sale
Kellie A. McGowan, a land use attorney and shareholder in Eastburn and Gray's Doylestown office, recently presented at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s course on drafting and modifying residential agreements of sale. The course focused on navigating the "hot spots" that arise in residential transactions and tailoring the Standard Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Residential Agreement of Sale to the individual client’s needs. The seminar was presented at the PBI facilities in Mechanicsburg and Philadelphia, and featured a simulcast to over 20 additional locations throughout Pennsylvania.

Kellie handles Pennsylvania and New Jersey residential and commercial real estate matters, including but not limited to sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, easements and declarations. She also hands a broad range of zoning matters, including securing zoning and/or subdivision and land development approvals for residential and commercial clients; zoning hearing board appeals; rezoning petitions for maps and text amendments; and substantive and procedural challenges to the validity of zoning ordinances. She has participated in numerous successful appeals to the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and Pennsylvania Superior court.
