Kellie A. McGowan, Esq. and Robert R. Watson, Jr., Esq. Successfully Complete Transaction for Manufacturing Facility in Quakertown

Kellie A. McGowan, Esq. and Robert R. Watson, Jr., Esq., recently assisted Gorski Engineering, Inc. in the successful development approval process for a design/build development of a new manufacturing facility in Richland Township, Quakertown (Bucks County). The $5 million dollar facility is the U.S. location of MP Filtri USA, manufacturer of filters for construction and agricultural equipment. Ms. McGowan handled all aspects of the land development approvals and the transaction with the purchaser, while Mr. Watson provided critical assistance with construction contracts. This is one of several successful projects for Gorski Engineering, Inc., a leading design/build firm in Pennsylvania.

Kellie A. McGowan is a shareholder at Eastburn and Gray where she has years of experience practicing in the firm’s Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning, and Banking practice areas. She represents clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey in a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate and land use matters, as well as banking transactions for notable regional and community financial institutions. Ms. McGowan has practiced real estate law for nearly 15 years and has participated in hundreds of real estate transactions. Mr. Watson is a shareholder at Eastburn and Gray where he represents clients in all aspects of construction law. His experience includes work with large and small contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, municipalities, municipal authorities, developers, public utilities, school districts and individual owners. His litigation experience also includes extensive work with lending institutions, and through those efforts he has gained invaluable commercial collections expertise.
