Zayd Takiedine joined Eastburn and Gray in 2023 where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, land use and zoning, and real estate tax assessment law. Previously, Zayd was a summer law clerk with the firm and assisted the firm’s Tax Assessment Appeals practice group during his final semester of law school.
Prior to joining the firm, Zayd was selected as a Diversity Internship Fellow by the Association of Corporate Counsel – Greater Philadelphia, which granted Zayd the opportunity to intern for a Fortune 500 real estate developer, where he gained valuable in-house legal experience and assisted with large corporate and real estate transactions.
Zayd is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association.

Zayd received his J.D. and a Certificate in Corporate and Business Law from Rutgers Law School in New Jersey. He received his BBA in Legal Studies from Temple University, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Zayd currently resides in Ivyland, Pennsylvania. He is a Bucks County native and graduate of Council Rock High School South. When Zayd is not practicing law, he enjoys volunteering in the community, traveling, and is an avid automotive enthusiast. Fun fact, Zayd is fluent in Arabic.
