Marc D. Jonas, Esq. Secures Rezoning for Pharmacy in Hatboro
In a unanimous vote, Hatboro Council voted to rezone the property at the intersection of York and Horsham Roads in Hatboro Borough. This provided approval for the request submitted by Marc D. Jonas, Esq., with assistance from Michael E. Peters, Esq., on behalf of the property owner and Rite Aid Pharmacy.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Mr. Jonas has been named a Leader in Real Estate/Land Use law by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.
