Biography

Mark D. Eastburn joined Eastburn and Gray in 2018 and is a member of the firm’s litigation, land use and zoning, municipal law, real estate tax assessment law, and criminal defense practice groups.

Mark advises businesses, government entities, and individuals involved in litigation, investigations, zoning, subdivision, and land development matters, and tax assessment appeals. He routinely represents clients in these matters before Courts, arbitration panels, administrative agencies, and municipal boards throughout eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has been Court appointed to serve as master and is frequently Court appointed to serve as counsel for individuals in guardianship and criminal defense matters. Mark currently serves as solicitor for East Greenville Borough. Prior to joining Eastburn and Gray, Mark worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County and as a law clerk for a Judge of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.

Volunteer and Community Work

Mark is a member of the Aldie Foundation Board of Directors. The Aldie Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation which offers a variety of treatment and therapy to individuals throughout Bucks County with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Personal Data

Mark is a native of Doylestown and currently resides in Upper Saucon Township with his wife Jessica and daughters Charlotte and Holland. Mark’s great grandfather was a founder of Eastburn and Gray. His father Rod and sister Sarah are both attorneys at the firm.
