Two Eastburn and Gray Attorneys Present at Tax Assessment Law Seminar – December 2025

Mark S. Cappuccio, Esq. and Joan Righter Price, Esq., both Shareholders in the firm’s Tax Assessment Appeals practice, served as presenters at the quarterly meeting of the Southeast Chapter of Assessors Association of Pennsylvania on December 10, 2025. Their seminar, entitled, “Assessment Court Case Decisions” covered several topics including taxing district appeals and exemptions. The seminar was geared to assessors, attorneys and other real estate professionals practicing in the field.

Mr. Cappuccio is an experienced civil trial attorney with an extensive background in property tax assessment law. Additionally, he represents clients in commercial litigation, real estate, zoning, and condemnation matters. He serves as the solicitor to Lower Milford and Marlborough Townships.

Ms. Price is an experienced trial attorney and represents clients in litigation involving real estate valuation, exemption and constitutional issues as well as issues involving preferential assessments. She represents clients in hearings before local boards of assessment as well in the courts of common pleas and the appellate courts of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Eastburn and Gray, Ms. Price served as Solicitor to the Montgomery County Board of Assessment Appeals for more than 20 years and currently serves as Solicitor to the Delaware County Board of Assessment Appeals.
