Land Use and Zoning Shareholders Recognized by Chambers USA

Mr. VanLuvanee handles zoning, subdivision and land development matters, as well as real estate transactional matters, for both developers and property owners. His clients include national builders and developers, as well as many regional and local builders and developers. For more than 30 years, he has served as counsel to the Home Builders Association of Bucks/Montgomery Counties. During his career, Mr. VanLuvanee has been involved in many significant, precedent-setting land use cases decided by the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Mr. Jonas has appeared as counsel in Pennsylvania state and federal courts in land use and real estate matters. He serves as solicitor to various municipalities and zoning hearing boards in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
