PA Department of Labor & Industry Issues “Frequently Asked Questions” and Answers Concerning COVID-19 Construction Industry Guidance
As a supplement to Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf’s April 23 official guidance concerning the reopening of construction projects across the Commonwealth, yesterday the PA Department of Labor & Industry released a set of “Frequently Asked Questions” and answers on its website. The FAQs and answers can be viewed here.
It is important for members of the construction industry to read and familiarize themselves with this additional guidance from L&I as they continue to navigate project operations and employee safety protections.
