Public Finance

Eastburn and Gray attorneys represent issuers, underwriters, borrowers, bondholders, trustees, and other parties in connection with the issuance and holding of bonds. Our practitioners have extensive experience in the design and execution of the full range of taxable and tax-exempt financing transactions for the issuance of municipal debt obligations. Our attorneys provide clients with advice related to authorizing resolutions, bond contracts, official statements and continuing disclosure obligations. Our firm is able to assist in the creation of bond resolutions, trust indentures, bond ordinances and other security agreements.

As a plan develops, our attorneys are able to advise clients on applicable federal, state and local tax laws.
