Divorce Workshop for Women Hosted by Eastburn and Gray – March 2022
Eastburn and Gray will host a hybrid (in person and virtual options available) divorce workshop on March 16, 2022. The seminar will cover legal, emotional and financial issues associated with divorce and includes industry insight from a lawyer, a counselor and a financial advisor.
Eastburn and Gray attorney, Abigail C.S. Bukowski, will speak and discuss the legal aspects of the divorce process, the costs involved, and alternatives to litigation, including mediation and collaborative law. Topics will include equitable distribution of assets, alimony, child support, spousal support and child custody.
Ms. Bukowski joined Eastburn and Gray in 2021. She is an attorney in the family law practice at Eastburn and Gray where she handles a wide variety of complex family law and domestic relations issues including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, protection from abuse, alimony and equitable distribution. Ms. Bukowski works with clients throughout all phases of the legal process, from negotiation to trial.
