Divorce Workshop for Women Hosted by Eastburn and Gray – September 2024

Eastburn and Gray will host a divorce workshop (Zoom option available upon request) on September 18, 2024. The seminar will cover legal, emotional and financial issues associated with divorce.

Eastburn and Gray attorney, Abigail C.S. Bukowski, will speak and discuss the legal aspects of the divorce process, the costs involved, and alternatives to litigation, including mediation and collaborative law. Topics will include equitable distribution of assets, alimony, child support, spousal support and child custody.

Ms. Bukowski joined Eastburn and Gray in 2021. She is an attorney in the family law practice at Eastburn and Gray where she handles a wide variety of complex family law and domestic relations issues including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, protection from abuse, alimony, and equitable distribution. Ms. Bukowski works with clients throughout all phases of the legal process, from negotiation to trial.

Ms. Bukowski will be joined by Foundations Financial advisor, Lindsey Menezes. Ms. Menezes provides insurance, investment solutions, and comprehensive financial planning services to individuals, families, and small businesses. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations and is a licensed life, accident, and health insurance professional.

Second Saturday Divorce was designed to help individuals take the next step, no matter where they may be in the process of untying the knot. The seminars provide unbiased information so attendees can learn about the available options, handle all of the emotions, and move forward with life.
