Eastburn and Gray, PC is proud to sponsor the 2022 Bucks County Classic on Sunday, September 11, 2022. This event is a day of world class bicycle racing in the heart of Doylestown Borough in Bucks County. The schedule includes children’s races, professional men and women’s races and a parade of bikes.
The Bucks County Classic in beautiful Doylestown Pennsylvania is more than just a race. The Bucks County Classic embraces the sport of cycling and offers experiences for all to participate. Bring your child to one of our Learn to Ride classes, join local organizations on a group ride, try your hand at virtual racing or experience the thrill of American bike racing on race day when racers give their all as they circle the eight turn 1.4 mile course vying for their piece of the prize.
The Bucks County Classic of Doylestown began in 2004, a women’s race was added in 2014, the race gained national status in 2016 as part of the USA Cycling Pro Road Tour. Eastburn and Gray has been a proud sponsor of this event for ten consecutive years.
The technical 1.4 mile loop with eight turns has attracted some of the best cyclists in the country and world as well as the up and coming stars. Many riders have gone on to compete in iconic races in the USA and abroad. The racecourse circles the Doylestown Arts Festival providing a unique chance to experience art and sport together. In addition to being home to a national race, Doylestown is a certified bike-friendly community with bike shops, clubs and a team, a pump track, bike racks throughout town and 25 miles of trails, shared roadways and side-paths that connect to the Pennsylvania system of trails.
