Eastburn and Gray Attorney Elected to the PBA’s Civil Litigation Section Council
Henry E. Van Blunk, Esq. was recently elected to serve on the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Civil Litigation Section Council. In this particular position, he will be filling a seat vacated by a Council Member until May 2017. Mr. Van Blunk has been an active participant in the PBA Civil Litigation Section and looks forward to taking on this expanded role.
Mr. Van Blunk is an attorney in the Litigation and Business and Corporate practice groups at Eastburn and Gray. His practice emphasizes litigation, banking law, corporate law, labor law, real estate law, and public finance. Additionally, he assists clients with initial formation, financing, employment issues, acquisitions and sales, liquor license issues, shareholder agreements, succession planning.
The Pennsylvania Bar Association Section on Civil Litigation aims to further the development of the law and procedures related to civil litigation; to stimulate and extend the study of these fields of the law; to cooperate in obtaining uniformity with respect to both legislation and administration in all matters concerning the law and procedures related to civil litigation; and to simplify and improve the application of justice in these fields of law.
