Eastburn and Gray Obtains Land Use Approval for Last Chance Ranch Animal Rescue Organization
Attorneys from Eastburn and Gray recently secured approval for Last Chance Ranch, in Richland Township, Bucks County, to facilitate the housing of additional dogs desperately in need of shelter.
Last Chance Ranch is a non-profit, volunteer animal rescue group that operates a shelter for dogs and horses in Richland Township. The laudatory mission and overwhelming success of the organization over the years resulted in a need to increase the number of dogs the Ranch can protect at any one time.
Eastburn and Gray filed an application with the Township and after a public hearing, the Township Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to increase the number of dogs allowable at the Last Chance Ranch facility by almost 30%.
