Eastburn and Gray, P.C. Expands Blue Bell, Montgomery County Office Through Acquisition of Ambler Firm Bresnan & Herder

Eastburn and Gray is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Ambler PA law firm of Bresnan & Herder. Joseph E. Bresnan, Esq. and R. Rex Herder, Esq., named partners of Bresnan & Herder, joined Eastburn and Gray effective March 1, 2014.

Joe Bresnan is a skilled general practitioner who has served Montgomery County, residents and businesses since 1985. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Vincent A. Cirillo, President Judge of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and as an Assistant District Attorney in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, where he was the youngest captain of a trial team. Since leaving public service, he has managed an active private practice

R. Rex Herder began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. Over the course of nearly a decade, he served in various capacities, including Chief of the Trials Division, Head of Special Investigations, and Investigating Grand Jury Supervisor. After his time in public service, Rex entered private practice, where he concentrated on municipal law and litigation. He has maintained a municipal law practice continuously since 1992.
