Henry E. Van Blunk, Esq. Serves on PBA Business Law Section Council
Henry E. Van Blunk, Esq. was appointed to serve on the Council of the Business Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (“PBA”). The Section on Business Law focuses hat strive to improve the practice of business law in Pennsylvania through educational, legislative, and networking initiatives. Mr. Van Blunk has been an active participant in the PBA and looks forward to taking on this expanded role.
Mr. Van Blunk is a Shareholder at Eastburn and Gray, a member of the firm’s Management Committee and the firm’s Chief Operating Officer/General Counsel. He practices in the firm’s Business/Corporate and Litigation practice groups. Mr. VanBlunk represents entrepreneurs, mature businesses, lenders and government bodies in business and corporate law, commercial litigation, banking law, labor law, real estate law, and public finance.
