Jennifer Donaldson, Esq. Named Member to Two PBA Committees – May 2023
Jennifer Donaldson, Esq. was recently named a member of two committees at the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), including: PBA Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee and the PBA Children’s Rights Committee.
Ms. Donaldson is an attorney at Eastburn and Gray and her practice includes school law, special education law, employment law and litigation. She began her legal career as a criminal prosecutor in Philadelphia and has been representing school districts and their employees in all aspects of school law for the past seventeen years. She routinely fields questions and provides trainings to school administrators on various regulatory compliance issues. She is a fierce advocate in litigation matters where she represents school districts in employment and special education matters, both at the administrative and federal court levels.
