Marc D. Jonas, Esq. and Julie L. Von Spreckelsen, Esq. Secure Zoning Approvals in Warminster Township for a Single-Family Home Cluster Development on Former School Property
On behalf of Envision Land Use, LLC, an experienced real estate developer, Marc Jonas and Julie Von Spreckelsen filed applications for the rezoning of the blighted Hart School site in Warminster Township. The rezoning ordinance was accompanied by an ordinance amendment which would permit a cluster development of 35 single-family homes. Following a public hearing, Ms. Von Spreckelsen, Esq. obtained approvals of the Warminster Township Board of Supervisors for both the zoning ordinance text and map amendments. The cluster development will include significant open space, buffering, and walking trails.
