Marc D. Jonas, Esq. to co-Present CLE at Montgomery Bar Association

Marc D. Jonas, Esq. will present a CLE at the Montgomery Bar Association on October 24, 2017 with the Honorable Robert “Robin” Simpson of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. The seminar entitled, “Regulatory Takings Claims, Zoning Cases and Other Current Land Use Trends” will take place at the MBA. Topics will include: a discussion of important recent land use decisions; the SCOTUS decision in Murr v. Wisconsin; recent cases from the Poconos dealing with short-term rentals of residences (the AIRBnB Trend); and the burden of objectors in special exception/conditional use proceedings.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Mr. Jonas is repeatedly recognized by his peers and by legal profession ranking systems.

He was named the 2018 Lawyer of the Year for Litigation in Land Use and Zoning Law in the Philadelphia Area and the 2017 Lawyer of the Year for Land Use and Zoning Law in the Philadelphia Area, by Best Lawyers in America®.
