Marc D. Jonas, Esq. Obtains Approval for 120,000 Square Foot Warehouse in New Britain Township
Marc D. Jonas, Esquire successfully represented his client, Nappen & Associates, in obtaining land development approval from the New Britain Township Board of Supervisors. The approved plan paves the way for a 120,000 square foot industrial building on more than 16 acres of ground to be built on County Line Road. Land development approval followed a height variance obtained by Mr. Jonas from the zoning hearing board to allow the warehouse building to exceed the height limits of the township zoning ordinance.
