Marc D. Jonas, Esq. Obtains Approval for 212,000 Square Foot Hatfield Warehouse

Marc D. Jonas, Esquire successfully represented his client, Nappen & Associates, in obtaining land development approval from the Hatfield Township Board of Commissioners. The approved plan paves the way for a 212,500 square foot industrial building to be built at the corner of Sterling Drive and Bethlehem Pike in Hatfield Township. Land development approval followed a height variance obtained by Mr. Jonas from the zoning hearing board to allow the warehouse building to exceed the height limits of the township zoning ordinance.

The warehouse building will be constructed on a 26-acre parcel that is one of three adjacent industrial parcels owned by Nappen & Associates. For more than 45 years, Nappen & Associates has developed, constructed, leased, and managed 3.3 million square feet of light industrial facilities throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties. These facilities serve a diverse mix of tenants including local, national, and international companies.

Among his notable accomplishments, Mr. Jonas was named 2018 Lawyer of the Year for Litigation in Land Use and Zoning Law in the Philadelphia area and 2017 Lawyer of the Year for Land Use and Zoning Law in the Philadelphia area by Best Lawyers in America®.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Mr. Jonas is recognized as a Leader in Real Estate/Land Use law by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. His peers have recognized him as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer,” and he has been selected repeatedly by U.S. News as a “Best Lawyer” in both Land Use and Zoning Law and Land Use and Zoning litigation for the Philadelphia Metropolitan area.
