Marc D. Jonas, Esq. Obtains Subdivision Plan Approval for the Hart School Property in Warminster
Marc D. Jonas, Esq., obtained preliminary plan approval from the Board of Supervisors of Warminster Township for a 35-home residential subdivision on the blighted Hart School property in Warminster. This plan approval for the developer, Envision Land Use, LLC, was the latest in a series of approvals that included the residential rezoning of the property, accompanied by the creation of a new residential cluster development option with increased common open space. The approved plan will provide buffers for abutting neighbors and a walking trail.
