Jonas, Esq. successfully represented Life Time Fitness before the Upper Dublin Township Zoning Hearing Board, obtaining a significant number of variances to permit construction of an 113,000 square foot Life Time Fitness center on 14.5 acres in the Fort Washington Business Park. The approvals granted relief from zoning regulations relating to height, floodplain, location of parking, and signs.
