Marc D. Jonas, Esq. Speaks at Montgomery Bar Association Seminar
Marc D. Jonas, Esq. served as a faculty member at a Montgomery Bar Association Real Estate Committee seminar on September 17, 2015. The seminar was entitled “The Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code: Today and Tomorrow”. Mr. Jonas discussed possible changes to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, the state code which governs zoning, subdivision, and land development in all Pennsylvania municipalities, except for Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.
Mr. Jonas has been named a Leader in Real Estate/Land Use law by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. His peers have recognized him as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer,” and he has been selected repeatedly by U.S. News as a “Best Lawyer” in both Land Use and Zoning Law and Land Use and Zoning litigation for the Philadelphia Metropolitan area.
