Marc D. Jonas, Esq. Successfully Obtains Zoning Approval for Glenside Restaurant
On December 10, 2014, Marc D. Jonas, Esq. obtained the approval of the Abington Township Board of Commissioners of a zoning ordinance amendment to permit a 4,000 square foot restaurant at the Switchville Commons mixed used center in Glenside. The client, a local and family-owned real estate developer, sought to construct the new restaurant on a free-standing pad site at the intersection of Wharton Road and Highland Avenue. The restaurant will complement the existing LA Fitness at Switchville Commons.
