Marc D. Jonas, Esq. to Speak at PBI Real Estate Institute
Marc D. Jonas, Esq. will serve as a faculty member of the 19th Annual PBI Real Estate Institute in Philadelphia on December 10, 2015.
The rezoning of ground is a legislative process with legal, political, planning, and other implications. Mr. Jonas’ seminar is entitled, “A Rezoning Case Study” and will describe the history of a tract of ground in Montgomery County which was the subject of numerous unsuccessful rezoning efforts. The property is located at the corner of two state roads and was subject to three different zoning classifications, both residential and commercial.
Mr. Jonas has been named a Leader in Real Estate/Land Use law by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.
