Marc Jonas Reappointed Chair of the Montgomery County Planning Commission Board
Marc D. Jonas, Chief Executive Officer of Eastburn and Gray and Co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use and Zoning practice groups, was reappointed Chair of the Montgomery County Planning Commission Board.
With extensive experience in real estate, land use, municipal law, and zoning matters, representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities, Marc serves as solicitor to Marlborough Township, Kennett Square Borough, and Narberth Borough; and as solicitor to the Zoning Hearing Boards of Towamencin and Lower Salford Townships.
Marc’s peers have recognized him as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer,” and he has been selected by U.S. News as a “Best Lawyer” in both Land Use and Zoning Law and Land Use and Zoning litigation for the Philadelphia Metropolitan area.
