Mark D. Eastburn Served as Speaker at Montgomery County Paralegal Association Meeting

Mark D. Eastburn, Esq. served as a speaker at the Montgomery County Paralegal Association (MCPA) monthly continuing legal education meeting on October 25, 2023. Mr. Eastburn discussed criminal history in Pennsylvania including expungement, limited access, and clemency.

Mr. Eastburn is a member of the firm’s criminal defense practice group and frequently represents individuals accused of criminal offenses throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, primarily in Bucks and Montgomery counties. Mr. Eastburn has represented clients on charges ranging from DUI to homicide. Prior to joining Eastburn and Gray, Mr. Eastburn was as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County between 2015 and 2018.

Victoria Plakis Molloy, Pa.C.P, is a Pennsylvania Certified Paralegal who joined Eastburn and Gray, P.C. in 2018. She works with clients in many industries and has more than 20 years of paralegal experience. Ms. Molloy possesses exemplary planning and organizational skills, and she is highly detail‐oriented. She provides day-to-day legal support and litigation-based support to the attorneys at the firm. Ms. Molloy is an active Board Member of the MCPA, Editor of MCPA’s monthly newsletter, and chair of the MCPA Marketing Committee.
