Mark S. Cappuccio, Esq. to Serve as Mediator

He is an experienced civil trial attorney who has an extensive background in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, zoning, condemnation and tax assessment law. Mr. Cappuccio was previously awarded the President’s Award by the Montgomery Bar Association for his outstanding work and the successful real estate tax appeal representation he handled on behalf of the Montgomery Bar Association.
