Robert R. Watson, Jr., Esq., a Shareholder in the firm’s Construction Law practice group and a member of the firm’s management committee, presented his popular “Moneytalks!” Mechanics Lien seminar to members of the Eastern PA Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors Group in their Suburban Philadelphia office on November 8, 2023. Mr. Watson’s program provided important information on the purpose, use and timing of mechanics’ lien claims from the owner, general contractor and subcontractor/supplier perspectives. Knowing how to utilize the Lien Law and the PA Construction Notices Directory is an absolute necessity for a business supplying labor and materials in today’s fast paced construction industry, and Mr. Watson enjoys sharing his expertise and years of experience with seminar attendees.
