Robert R. Watson, Esq. to Speak at PBI Real Estate Institute
Robert R. Watson, Jr., Esq. will serve as a faculty member of the 19th Annual PBI Real Estate Institute in Philadelphia on December 11, 2015.
Mr. Watson’s seminar is entitled, “The PA Mechanics’ Lien Law and the New Construction Notices Directory” and will cover up to date information on the 2017 Construction Notices Directory, as well as the current state of the law. The presentation will be geared to real estate professionals and attorneys practicing in the field.
Mr. Watson is a Shareholder in the firm’s Construction Law practice group. He has focused his practice on construction litigation and municipal law since being admitted to the bar. He has previously participated as a faculty member in recent PBI courses. His experience includes work with large and small contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, municipalities, municipal authorities, developers, public utilities, school districts and individuals.
