Robert R. Watson, Jr. Appointed to PBA House of Delegates
Robert R. Watson, Jr., a Shareholder in the firm’s Construction Law practice group, was recently appointed a Zone 9 Delegate to the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s House of Delegates. The PBA House of Delegates, created in 1966, is the body charged with setting the association’s policies. Mr. Watson is a frequent lecturer on construction law-related topics. He has nearly 20 years of experience representing clients in all aspects of the construction industry. In 2016, he was selected to work with Pennsylvania officials to launch the Pennsylvania State Construction Notices Directory website, which provides some additional protections under the Mechanics’ Lien Law. He has served in various leadership positions at the Montgomery Bar Association for nearly 15 years.
