Robert R. Watson, Jr., Esq. Presents Seminar on New Pennsylvania Mechanics’ Lien Law
Robert R. Watson, Jr., a Shareholder in the firm’s Construction Law practice group, presented a seminar entitled, “The Pennsylvania Mechanics’ Lien Law and the New Construction Notices Directory” live during a webinar on November 6, 2015. With nearly 15 years of experience representing clients from all aspects of the construction industry, Mr. Watson is a frequent lecturer on construction law-related topics.
The seminar covered the latest issues in Pennsylvania mechanics’ lien law, including an overview of the new legislation that was passed in Pennsylvania which dramatically changed how owners, contractors and subcontractors approach their rights under the Mechanics’ Lien Law. The program also covered the latest information available on the upcoming Construction Notices Directory, which applies to all building projects in excess of $1.5 million, beginning in January 2017.
