Robert R. Watson, Jr., Esq. to Speak at Upcoming PBI Seminar
Robert R. Watson, Jr. will serve as a faculty member at a real estate seminar, sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) on August 5, 2014 in Philadelphia. This all day seminar examines recent developments within the real estate law landscape.
Mr. Watson’s seminar, “Payment Bonds, the Prompt Payment Acts and Responding to Lien Claims: Practical Responses to Contractors’ Favorite Weapons,” will cover steps owners can take when faced with payment issues from contractors or subcontractors. Mr. Watson is a Shareholder in the firm’s Construction Law practice group. He has focused his practice on construction litigation and municipal law since being admitted to the bar. He has previously participated as a faculty member in recent PBI courses.
