Robert R. Watson, Jr. Serves as Faculty at ABC Seminar
Robert R. Watson, Jr., Esq., a Shareholder in the firm’s Construction Law practice group and a member of the firm’s management committee, presented his popular “Killer Contracts” seminar to members of the Eastern PA Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors Group on January 18, 2022. Mr. Watson’s program provided important information on key provisions found in construction contracts, their impact on a project and payment, and possible ways to negotiate fairer terms for all stakeholders.
With over 20 years of experience representing clients from all aspects of the construction industry, Mr. Watson is a frequent lecturer on construction law-related topics.
